Do I need a cleaning before my whitening?
We recommend that patients have a cleaning appointment within 90 days of first using their at-home whitening kit in order to achieve optimal results.
What is the aftercare for teeth whitening?
After you purchase your teeth whitening kit, our team will provide detailed aftercare instructions. Some tips include avoiding acid-based food and drinks for 48 hours, using tooth-sensitivity products, and brushing more gently. If you are experiencing a lot of sensitivity after your treatment, we recommend you use a toothpaste like Sensodyne and take Advil if needed. How long should I use each set of trays?
We recommend wearing 15–20 minutes daily until you realize your desired shade.
